Alessandro Romano

Sculptor born in Rome, 26 July 1944. An artist of international prestige, Alesssandro Romano received his training in a workshop, in accordance with the illustrious Italian tradition. Following his debut in painting, he turned to sculpture to express his figurative talent, with results of extraordinary plastic and dynamic strength. In his work, inspiration of both a mythological and religious kind is combined with the restlessness of modernity, giving life to a form that is impressive for its movement and size, while being both classical and contemporary.
